Command disconnect-node

java -jar jenkins-cli.jar -s https://jenkins-dev.fengzhongxing.com/jenkins/ disconnect-node NAME ... [-m VAL]

Disconnects from a node.

 NAME   : Agent name, or empty string for built-in node; comma-separated list
          is supported
 -m VAL : Record the reason about why you are disconnecting this node
